You are responsible for the content you create on the platform, including events, ticket information, and promotional materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.

7. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not:

• - Post or share content that violates laws or the rights of others.
• - Attempt to disrupt the functionality of the platform through malicious activities (e.g., hacking, spamming, etc.).
• - Impersonate others or mislead users regarding the source of content or services.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and delete any content or data associated with your account unless otherwise specified.

14. Force Majeure

Ketro is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, cyberattacks, or government actions.

15. Money Laundering Prevention

We are committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. You must not use the Service to engage in any activity that violates money laundering laws or regulations. We reserve the right to:

• - Conduct identity verification checks on users.
• - Monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
• - Report any suspected fraudulent or illegal activities to relevant authorities.
• - Suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of AML laws.

16. Service Interruption

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service or any part of it, including the website, for maintenance, updates, or other purposes, and we will notify you in advance when such actions are scheduled.

17. Non-refundable Ketro Platform Fee

All events hosted on the platform incur a 3% + 100 naira non-refundable platform fee. This fee is charged on all sales and you agree that it is non-refundable.

YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR AT OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT OR TIMELY, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, COMPUTER NETWORK, OR DATA (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA) THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF DEFECTS, VIRUSES, MALFUNCTIONS, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS THAT COULD DAMAGE OR ALLOW UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER, COMPUTER NETWORK, OR DATA. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE IS APPROPRIATE OR AVAILABLE FOR USE IN ALL GEOGRAPHIC LOCATIONS. IF YOU ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, EXPORT AND IMPORT REGULATIONS OF OTHER COUNTRIES.
